Para María Camila, el teatro es su vida. Desde los 13 años inició una carrera artística que le ha traído grandes satisfacciones. Su profesionalismo y dedicación a las artes escénicas la han llevado muy lejos, teniendo una experiencia importante en este campo.
Por eso bien vale la pena mostrar su trabajo como directora del grupo Premier de la Institución Universitaria Tecnológico de Antioquia donde lleva más de cuatro años impulsando una actividad que sin lugar a dudas debe ser fomentada y practicada como expresión viva de toda sociedad.
María Camila Velásquez tiene actualmente 27 años, estudió en Chile en la Escuela de Teatro “La Mancha” cuando tenía 17. Hizo parte del grupo de Teatro La Polilla. Terminó su carrera de teatro en la Escuela Tecnológica de Arte Débora Arango. Estuvo trabajando con casas de la cultura, con Círculo Organismo Teatral, con Mi País Vivo. Se formó en dramaturgia en Francia y en el Tecnológico de Antioquia se desempeña como docente transmitiendo un saber que logra sensibilizar a los educandos con muestras semestrales donde ellos son sus protagonistas.

Theater is Pure Happiness
For Maria Camila, theater is her life. From the age of 13 she started an artistic career that has brought her great satisfaction. Her professionalism and dedication to the performing arts have taken her very far, having an important experience in this field.
That is why it is well worth showing her work as director of the Premier group of the Tecnológico de Antioquia where she has been promoting an activity for more than four years that must undoubtedly be fostered and practiced as a living expression of every society.
