Positivos resultados presentaron los 26 estudiantes del TdeA que tuvieron la oportunidad de participar en el XXVI Encuentro Nacional y el XX Encuentro Internacional de Semilleros de Investigación, que se realizaron en la ciudad de Cartagena de Indias, gracias al apoyo que les brindó la Institución Universitaria para el desplazamiento, la estadía, la inscripción y el material para exponer sus trabajos.
Las jornadas se dieron en la Universidad de Cartagena, donde se tuvo la oportunidad de presentar los 27 proyectos que se llevaron y recibir retroalimentación por parte de pares y personas expertas en cada área. Los estudiantes investigadores estuvieron acompañados por el Director de Investigación y la Coordinadora de Investigación Formativa del TdeA.
Nuestra Institución fue una de las que más delegados inscribió, lo que demuestra la importancia y el liderazgo que en materia de investigación tiene el Tecnológico de Antioquia. Durante los eventos académicos, los estudiantes también participaron de diferentes talleres, actividades culturales y recorridos por la Ciudad Heroica. La presencia en este encuentro nacional e internacional, motiva seguir fortaleciendo los procesos de investigación formativa de este centro de educación superior, con estudiantes y profesores, manifestó el director de Investigación, Fabio Alberto Vargas Agudelo.
Hay un alto compromiso de la Institución con la investigación, con la formación de los estudiantes y con el proceso de implementar estrategias para que, no solamente nuestros discentes se formen en el área disciplinar de carreras y programas, sino que también fortalezcan competencias en la parte investigativa, que les permita generar otro tipo de resultados de aprendizaje y otro tipo de habilidades en el mundo laboral.
A nivel de investigación formativa, el TdeA se destaca también por la variedad de proyectos que van desde lo social, la ingeniería, el área administrativa, el derecho y la educación. Se está pendiente de la evaluación final de los organizadores de los encuentros de semilleros nacional e internacional, para saber qué estudiantes nuestros pueden clasificar a un evento mundial que organiza la Red Colombiana de Semilleros de Investigación.
La idea es que, a través de los semilleros de investigación, los estudiantes que estuvieron en Cartagena hagan una retroalimentación de sus experiencias con sus compañeros y que los proyectos que están en curso, se sigan adelantando en lo que resta del año y en el 2024, fortaleciéndolos y generando resultados que en un momento dado puedan ser socializados a través de publicaciones académicas.

The 26 TdeA students who had the chance to attend the XXVI National Meeting and the XX International Meeting of Research Seedbeds, held in the city of Cartagena de Indias, produced positive results, thanks to the support from the University Institution for travel, accommodation, registration, and materials to present their work.
The conference was held at the University of Cartagena, where they had the opportunity to present the 27 projects and receive feedback from peers and experts in each area. The student researchers were accompanied by the Research Director and the Formative Research Coordinator of TdeA.
Our institution was among those that recorded the most delegates, indicating the significance and leadership of Tecnológico de Antioquia in the field of research. Students engaged in a variety of seminars, cultural events, and excursions in the Heroic city in addition to the academic programs. Participating in this national and international meeting motivates us to continue strengthening the formative research processes of this higher education center, with students and professors, said the Director of Research, Fabio Alberto Vargas Agudelo.
The institution has a strong commitment to research, student training, and the process of putting strategies into practice so that in addition to providing our teachers with disciplinary-specific training in careers and programs, they also develop their research competencies, which will enable them to produce other types of learning results and other types of skills in the labor market.
TdeA is notable for its diverse range of formative research projects, including several fields such as social science, engineering, law, administration, and education. We are awaiting the final evaluation from the organizers of the national and international seedbed meetings to find out which of our students can go to a global event hosted by the Red Colombiana de Semilleros de Investigación (Colombian Network of Research Seedbeds.)
The idea is that the students who were in Cartagena will share their experiences with their peers through the research seedlings, and that the ongoing projects will be continued throughout the rest of the year and in 2024, strengthening them and producing results that can eventually be shared through academic papers.
