• Durante este acto se realizó en vivo la pintura “Diversidad” por parte del maestro Alejandro Paucar Vallejo.
• De igual forma se anunció la creación del “Corredor de la Diversidad” que está ubicado en las afueras de la biblioteca.
A través de un manifiesto, que es la representación y compromiso por la inclusión, interculturalidad e igualdad de derechos humanos, las mesas institucionales de participación de estudiantes con discapacidad, diversidades sexuales, corporales e identidades de género, afrodescendientes, negritudes, raizales, palenqueros, de pueblo originario y otros, se hicieron presentes en el inicio de la celebración de los 40 años del TdeA, que se extenderá durante todo el año.
En este manifiesto se resaltaron la libertad, la equidad, la cultura, el respeto, la historia, la identidad y la diferencia, temas que son parte fundamental de la Institución y que se proyectan a la sociedad desde la academia. El documento fue recibido por los directivos, que en su Plan de Desarrollo tiene como una de sus prioridades el respeto y reconocimiento a las diversidades.
En el marco de este acto, el artista Alejandro Paucar Vallejo, quien se enfoca en la creación de obras urbanas y formatos de gran escala, realizó en presencia de la comunidad universitaria, una pintura basada en trazos estilo pixeles, que van formando las figuras a través de la mezcla de colores y tonalidades. Esta obra lleva como nombre: “Diversidad”.
De igual manera, el rector anunció que el corredor que inicia en la biblioteca Humberto Saldarriaga Carmona, se llamará en adelante: “El Corredor de la Diversidad”, un espacio que servirá para presentar diversas manifestaciones culturales, académicas y lúdicas, realizadas por todos los integrantes de la comunidad del TdeA.

Through a manifesto, which is the representation and commitment to inclusion, interculturality and equality of human rights, the institutional boards for the participation of students with disabilities, sexual, corporal and gender identity diversities, Afro-descendants, blacks, raizales, palenqueros, indigenous people and others, were present at the beginning of the celebration of the 40 years of the Tecnológico de Antioiquia, which will extend throughout the year.
This manifesto highlighted freedom, equity, culture, respect, history, identity and difference, issues that are a fundamental part of the Institution and that are projected to society from the academy. The document was received by the directors, who in their Development Plan have as one of their priorities respect and recognition of diversity.

Similarly, the President announced that the hallway that begins in the Humberto Saldarriaga Carmona library, will be called from now on: “El Corredor de la Diversidad” (The Corridor of Diversity), a space that will serve to present various cultural, academic and recreational manifestations, carried out by all members of the TdeA community.
