El Tecnológico de Antioquia recibe con beneplácito la reactivación de la movilidad internacional, esta vez con dos estudiantes argentinos, quienes estarán en la Institución desde febrero hasta mayo de 2022.
Paula Sánchez Díaz, estudiante de la Licenciatura en Español Lengua Materna y Lengua Extranjera en la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba y Cristián Nicolás Rodríguez, estudiante de Psicopedagogía en la Universidad Nacional de Río Cuarto, estarán realizando intercambio académico en la Institución Universitaria Tecnológico de Antioquia.
Durante su estadía en este centro de estudios superiores, cursarán la Licenciatura en Literatura y Lengua Castellana y algunas materias del programa de Trabajo Social, respectivamente.
Sobre el particular, Carolina Franco Arroyave, directora de Internacionalización del TdeA, indicó: “Desde la Dirección de Internacionalización, estamos muy contentos de poder reactivar los intercambios presenciales. Para este semestre, contamos con dos estudiantes extranjeros y una estudiante nacional que vienen a realizar su semestre en la Institución. Si bien, estos no son los niveles de movilidad con los que veníamos pre pandemia, creemos que es un muy buen primer paso para reactivar nuestra estrategia de movilidad entrante internacional que busca promover un campus internacional e intercultural para nuestros educandos”.
Así mismo, María Antonia López Restrepo, responsable de Movilidad del TdeA, dijo: “Cuando los jóvenes de otros países deciden estudiar en nuestra Institución, permite que ellos conozcan cómo es nuestro sistema de estudios y, al mismo tiempo, hace que estos puedan vivir una experiencia significativa gracias al intercambio cultural y de conocimientos, lo cual coadyuva a continuar afianzado las redes de cooperación que hemos construido a lo largo de los años. Cualquier movilidad sea estancia de investigación, pasantía académica, intercambio académico, curso corto, escuela de verano, tanto de movilidad entrante como saliente, hace que los chicos se conviertan en ciudadanos globales donde el TdeA trasciende fronteras, propiciando la formación de ciudadanía internacional”.
Tanto Paula como Cristián vienen gracias a la plataforma de movilidad PILA - Programa de Intercambio Académico Latinoamericano, a la que se encuentra vinculada la Institución Universitaria Tecnológico de Antioquia, permitiendo movilidad a nivel de los países que confirman la iniciativa.

El TdeA pertenece a la Asociación colombiana de Universidades – ASCUN desde el 2017, la cual suscribió convenio PILA con ANUIES y CIN, desde el 25 de octubre del mismo año, y tiene por objeto promover el intercambio de estudiantes de carreras de grado/pregrado y posgrado, así como de académicos, investigadores y gestores de las universidades e instituciones de educación superior asociadas (IES) con el fin de enriquecer su formación académica, profesional e integral, lo mismo que promover la internacionalización de la educación superior y fortalecer lazos de cooperación entre Colombia, México y Argentina.

With Argentinian students, TdeA reactivates International Mobility
Tecnológico de Antioquia welcomes the reactivation of international mobility, this time with two Argentinian students, who will be at the Institution from February to May 2022.
Paula Sánchez Díaz, student of the Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and Foreign Language at the National University of Córdoba and Cristián Nicolás Rodríguez, student of Psychopedagogy at the National University of Río Cuarto, will be doing academic exchange at the Technological University Institution of Antioquia.
During their stay in this higher studies campus, they will study the Bachelor's Degree in Literature and Spanish and some subjects of the Social Work program, respectively.
In this regard, Carolina Franco Arroyave, Director of Internationalization of the TdeA, said: "From the Directorate of Internationalization, we are very happy to be able to reactivate face-to-face exchanges. For this semester, we have two foreign students and a national student who come to do their semester at the Institution. Although these are not the levels of mobility with which we came pre-pandemic, we believe that it is a very good first step to reactivate our international inbound mobility strategy that seeks to promote an international and intercultural campus for our students."
Likewise, María Antonia López Restrepo, head of Mobility of the TdeA, said: "When young people from other countries decide to study at our Institution, it allows them to know what our system of studies is like and, at the same time, makes them able to live a significant experience thanks to the cultural and knowledge exchange, which helps to continue strengthening the cooperation networks that we have built over the years. Any mobility, whether it is a research stay, academic internship, academic exchange, short course, summer school, both incoming and outgoing mobility, makes children become global citizens where the TdeA transcends borders, promoting the formation of international citizenship.”
Both Paula and Cristián come thanks to the mobility platform PILA - Latin American Academic Exchange Program, to which the TdeA is linked to, allowing mobility at the level of the countries that are part of the initiative.

The TdeA belongs to the Colombian Association of Universities – ASCUN since 2017, which signed a PILA agreement with ANUIES and CIN, since October 25 of the same year, and aims to promote the exchange of students of undergraduate and postgraduate careers, as well as professors, researchers and managers of universities and associated higher education institutions (HEIs) in order to enrich their academic , professional and comprehensive training, as well as promoting the internationalization of higher education and strengthening ties of cooperation between Colombia, Mexico and Argentina.
