Durante el 5° Encuentro de la Red de Escuelas Normales Superiores de Antioquia – RENSA, realizado el 12 de julio, en el campus Robledo del TdeA Institución Universitaria, se concluyó la necesidad de establecer alianzas alrededor de los asuntos que aquejan la formación de maestras y maestros en el departamento.
“Debemos trabajar en lógica de nuestros procesos de docencia, de investigación y de extensión. El departamento en este momento está atento a la formación de maestros que están a cargo de las Normales Superiores y nuestra intención es fortalecer alianzas con ellas, desde el punto de la apropiación social del conocimiento y las condiciones de calidad para cumplir con los indicadores”, destacó Patricia Ramírez, docente de la Facultad de Educación y Ciencias Sociales del TdeA.
Coincide con esa aseveración el rector de la Escuela Normal Superior Miguel Ángel Álvarez de Frontino, Carlos Mario Londoño, miembro de RENSA, al destacar que este tipo de encuentros permite compartir experiencias para fortalecer todos los procesos de la formación de los maestros, desde el análisis a la proyección diaria del quehacer docente.
La hermana Sandra Milena Velázquez, rectora de la Escuela Normal Superior La Merced del municipio de Yarumal, declaró que queda muy agradecida con lo que este Encuentro ofrece para la participación y el trabajo mancomunado de todas las Escuelas Normales, en función de la calidad educativa en el departamento.
“Todos estos diálogos interinstitucionales van ofreciendo dinámicas y sinergias que van apoyando mucho nuestros procesos. Nos hemos sentido muy vinculadas a la Red y nos hemos visto vinculadas con una participación muy activa y generando sinergias para un trabajo de equipo que garantice que en el tiempo las Escuelas Normales van a seguir manteniendo su intención fundamental de formar maestros para el territorio”, dijo la hermana Sandra Milena Velásquez.
La Red RENSA viene operando hace diez años y se ha convertido en un espacio para fortalecer la relación entre las Escuelas Normales de Antioquia y compartir experiencias positivas. El profesional universitario Jonier Ruiz Hoyos, representante de la Dirección de Gestión de la Calidad del Servicio Educativo de la Secretaría de Educación Departamental, resaltó: “para la Red es fundamental el apoyo de las universidades aliadas, en este caso el Tecnológico de Antioquia, quien nos abrió las puertas para propiciar el desarrollo del Encuentro, en el cual se está dando un espacio de reflexión en torno a las condiciones básicas de calidad que deben de cumplir las Escuelas Normales en miras al proceso de acreditación”.
Meeting of the RENSA Network: Strengthening Alliances in Favor of Teacher Training
During the 5th Meeting of the Network of Higher Normal Schools of Antioquia – RENSA, for its acronym in Spanish, held on July 12, at the Robledo campus of the TdeA University Institution, the need to establish alliances around the issues that afflict the training of teachers in the department was one of the main outcomes.
"We must work in the logic of our teaching, research, and extension processes. The department at this time is attentive to the training of teachers who oversee the Higher Normal Schools and our intention is to strengthen alliances with them, from the point of social appropriation of knowledge and quality conditions to meet the indicators," said Patricia Ramírez, professor of the School of Education and Social Sciences of the TdeA.
The principal of the Miguel Ángel Álvarez de Frontino Higher Normal School, Carlos Mario Londoño, a member of RENSA, agrees with this statement, stressing that this type of meeting allows for the sharing of experiences to strengthen all the processes of teacher training, from the analysis to the daily projection of the teaching work.
Nun Sandra Milena Velázquez, principal of the La Merced Higher Normal School in the municipality of Yarumal, declared that she is very grateful for what this Meeting offers for the participation and joint work of all the Normal Schools, based on the educational quality in the department.
"All these inter-institutional dialogues are offering dynamics and synergies that are very supportive of our processes. We have felt very linked to the Network and we have been connected with a very active participation and generating synergies for teamwork that guarantees that over time the Normal Schools will continue to maintain their fundamental intention of training teachers for the territory," said nun Sandra Milena Velásquez.
The RENSA Network has been operating for ten years and has become a space to strengthen the relationship between the Normal Schools of Antioquia and share positive experiences. The university professional Jonier Ruiz Hoyos, representative of the Directorate of Quality Management of the Educational Service of the Departmental Secretariat of Education, highlighted: "for the Network, the support of the allied universities is fundamental, in this case the Tecnológico de Antioquia, which opened the doors to us to promote the development of the Meeting, in which a space for reflection is being given around the basic conditions of quality that must be comply with the Normal Schools with a view to the accreditation process."
