El semillero de investigación “Portafolios de Inversión” permite que los estudiantes adquieran habilidades en administración financiera entorno al mercado bursátil.
Este semillero, está integrado por siete estudiantes. Pertenece al grupo de investigación Observatorio Público y es dirigido por el docente Nelson Eduardo Castaño. Allí el proceso: enseñanza-aprendizaje ha permitido que los educandos adquieran habilidades con respecto a saber invertir y generar buenos rendimientos en las empresas. Tiene como propósito familiarizarlos con ciertas herramientas y elementos de cómputos, con las cuales ellos puedan procesar la información y sacar sus conclusiones para tomar las decisiones necesarias en esta materia.
“Este espacio investigativo es importante porque los jóvenes que se inscriben conmigo, se acercan también a la investigación, a partir de la cual adquieren habilidades gracias a los ejercicios de laboratorio y simulación para acercarlos al mundo de las finanzas, la negociación e inversión en el mercado desde un trabajo teórico práctico”, mencionó el docente.

"Investment Portfolios" a research seedbed with an enriching experience in the stock market
The "Investment Portfolios" research seedbed allows students to acquire skills in financial management in the stock market.
This group is made up of seven students. It belongs to the Public Observatory research group and is led by Professor Nelson Eduardo Castaño. There the teaching-learning process has allowed students to acquire skills regarding how to invest and generate good returns in companies. Its purpose is to familiarize them with certain tools and elements of computations, with which they can process the information and draw their conclusions to make the necessary decisions in this matter.
"This research space is important because young people who sign up with me also approach research, from which they acquire skills thanks to laboratory and simulation exercises to bring them closer to the world of finance, the negotiation and investment in the market from practical theoretical work," the teacher said.
